Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time In Hollywood doesn’t get released until July, but the film’s first one-sheet is here to help make the wait slightly more tolerable.

Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio headline the writer-director’s ninth film and are front and center on the poster, which perfectly captures the tone of the ’60s-set movie (Pitt’s Champion T-shirt FTW!). Once Upon a Time reportedly unfolds similar to Pulp Fiction, chronicling various stories set during the summer of 1969 in Los Angeles.

As hippie culture comes to a head, former TV star Rick Dalton (DiCaprio) and his stunt double Cliff Booth (Pitt) struggle to find their place in a town that they don’t feel at home in anymore. Their lives presumably get that much more interesting, and complicated, thanks to Rick’s next-door neighbor: Sharon Tate (Margot Robbie). Word ’round the campfire is (Tarantino reference!) that Tate and the infamous Charles Manson murders are a key element of the story. Check out the poster below:

Tarantino’s previous teaser posters of Hateful Eight and Django Unchained favored a more artistic approach in the marketing, but we’re fans of the mic-drop minimalism here. Movie fans, in their minds, pre-purchased their tickets for this summer release the minute it was announced. All distributor Sony has to do is put Pitt and Leo on the poster, slap “The 9th Film From Quentin Tarantino” on it, and Bob’s your uncle.

As if that pedigree of talent weren’t enough, the movie also stars Al Pacino, Kurt Russell, Dakota Fanning, James Marsden, Michael Madsen, Tim Roth, Timothy Olyphant, Luke Perry (in his final big-screen role), and Bruce Dern.

Hollywood is one of the year’s most-anticipated movies, and we can’t wait to get our eyes on it when it hits theaters July 26.
