Ted Lasso Star Juno Temple In Talks For Venom 3 Role

Ted Lasso star Juno Temple is set for her next project and it will be very different than the bubbly, driven Keeley Jones. It’s been reported that the actress is in talks to join Tom Hardy in Venom 3. Current character details for Temple are unknown, but it would certainly be fun to see her step into the role of a villain or antihero. After the first two movies made a combined $1.3 billion, it was inevitable that a third Venom movie would be made. This time, the threequel is being directed by longtime writer and Hardy creative collaborator Kelly Marcel in her directorial debut. Marcel also wrote the screenplay off a story she co-developed with Hardy. It will be interesting to see what her plans are for the talented Temple in her first superhero project.

Kraven the Hunter Will Be Sony’s First R-Rated Marvel Character Movie

This week was CinemaCon, which brings some of the biggest movie news every year. During Sony’s presentation, the studio revealed that its upcoming Kraven the Hunter will be rated R, making it Sony’s first Spider-Man character universe movie to get that rating. When presenting the trailer, star Aaron Taylor-Johnson confirmed as much, exclaiming to the crowd, “Will it be rated R? F*ck yes, it’s going to be rated R.” Considering the teaser trailer that followed opened with Taylor-Johnson’s Kraven squaring off against two mercenaries and dispatching them by stabbing one in the neck and biting off the nose of another one, it seems Kraven the Hunter is going to deliver on that R-rated promise in spades.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Is Heading Back To The Big Screen For The First Time In Four Years

Arnold Schwarzenegger is returning to the world of movies in a movie that is – you guessed it – an action-thriller. He’s set to lead Breakout, with The Expendables 4 director Scott Waugh at the helm. The movie is set to start filming this year in Eastern Europe. Schwarzenegger will, naturally, be in the lead role. The synopsis describes a tense plot: “When his stepson is framed and sentenced to 25 years in a foreign country, Reynolds makes a daring jailbreak to save him and must overcome an overzealous prison warden in a race against time to avoid capture and flee the country.”
