    I’m sorry I hate giving bad reviews, but this movie genuinely was unbearable and out of touch. Matt Damon really does find a way to show up in everything though. The jokes and accents all were extremely forced, outdated, and unnatural. I have lots of opinions on this one.

    Havent watched it yet but I just wanted to point out that the synopsis spells renowned wrong. Is that on purpose? Idk, I’ll have to find out.

    Im not entirely sure what happened in the first 45 minutes or so cause it took a while to really hook me. It’s not that it was boring. Pretty much far from it with a main character oozing personality and side characters being introduced left and right it felt like.  But…

    An unexpectedly sweet and charming story. It’s simple and funny and all around enjoyable. Jill Kargman delights and David Krumholtz is hilarious in this. New (to me) movies 2026 2026 Movies

    This movie punched well above its weight. So freaking funny. Jill Kargman’s comic pace is fast and witty. So irreverent and brilliant. Great satire of upper east side.

    I found it funny. It is very nyc jewish coded so if ur not familiar with the culture some of the jokes go over your head

    Was there really a plot through line? No. But I laughed out loud several times at the one-liners and ridiculous rich mom life scenarios
