Remember in Stanley Kubrick’s\u00a0The Shining<\/em>,\u00a0when an elevator opened and let out gallons of blood? Well, it looks like It Chapter Two <\/em><\/a>\u2013 another movie based on a Stephen King book \u2013 is going to top that.<\/p>\n

Jessica Chastain dropped by\u00a0<\/a>The Tonight Show\u00a0<\/em>Wednesday and told\u00a0Jimmy Fallon that the sequel to the biggest horror movie ever will have a scene that features the most fake blood ever used in a horror movie.<\/p>\n

“I’m going to say something, and I think I’m going to be in trouble, but I’m going to do it,” Chastain teased. “It might be a spoiler. But, in the movie, there’s a scene that someone said on set that it’s the most blood that’s ever been in a horror film in a scene. And I’ll tell you, the next day I was like pulling blood out of my eyeballs.”<\/p>\n

Yup, that’s more blood than\u00a0The Shining<\/em> and in that bloody rain storm from 2013’s\u00a0Evil Dead\u00a0<\/em>remake. If anyone can pull it off, it’s director Andy Muschietti, who returns to finish the story he started with 2017’s\u00a0It<\/em>. The first film, which over-performed at the box office to the tune of $700M worldwide, centered on a group of Maine teens forced to confront the evil, kid-murdering clown Pennywise.\u00a0Chapter 2<\/em> features those kids all grown up and played be stars like Chastain, her X-Men: Dark Phoenix<\/em> costar James\u00a0McAvoy, Isaiah Mustafa, and Bill Hader.<\/p>\n

Fans will get a chance to see this bloodbath when It:<\/em>\u00a0Chapter 2<\/em> arrives in theaters September 6.<\/p>\n
