For years \u2013 literally years \u2013 we’ve been wondering about whether or not a Black Adam movie with Dwayne Johnson was happening. First, he was supposed to be the antagonist in Shazam! Then, he was set to get his own movie. But there was no word on that for quite some time.<\/p>\n

Today, however, Johnson himself confirmed in an Instagram post that Black Adam is indeed on the way, and it even has a release date: December 21, 2021. DC has had luck in recent years with holiday releases (just look at Aquaman<\/em>) and it seems they’re not inclined to fix what isn’t broken.<\/p>\n

BLACK ADAM is blessed by magic with the powers equal to SUPERMAN, but the difference is he doesn\u2019t toe the mark or walk the line.
