This pretty much confirms that every actor who was rumored is officially on board, and quite a few other names we weren&#8217;t sure about are returning, too. Plus, it&#8217;s fun to see some of Gunn&#8217;s friends and old standbys are on the list: Taika Waititi, Michael Rooker, Sean Gunn and Nathan Fillion, just to name a few. If this movie is even half as fun as his <em>Guardians of the Galaxy<\/em> movies, it could become one of WB&#8217;s most viable franchises.<\/p>\n<p>The film is set to start shooting in Atlanta this month, with a release date set for August 6, 2021.
