Woody and Buzz Lightyear and Jessie return in a brand-new adventure! The toys are happy with taking care of Bonnie now that Andy has gone off to college – that is, until a new “toy” named Forky arrives. But Forky, who is a spork-turned-craft-turned-toy, insists he’s not a real toy and wants no part of their crazy adventures. Along the way, they meet two carnival toys, Ducky and Bunny, who want nothing more than to be won and taken home. Will Bonnie and the gang be able to save them?
